Osei Kwadwo Boateng

Founder and CEO

Osei Kwadwo Boateng is an aspiring healthcare leader with a passion for improving quality access to healthcare, while reducing the cost, in low-income communities. Osei is currently an Administrative Fellow at Henry Ford Health System. He is a graduate of Cornell University, having received both his bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, Healthy and Society, and his master’s degree from Cornell’s Sloan Health Administration Program. He was a Cornell Tradition Fellow and a recipient of Cornell Senior Recognition Award, He also won the Student Excellence Award in Community Engagement and Honorarium from the Maribel Garcia Community Spirit 2017 for his International service in Ghana. His project focused on educating low – income families about hypertension and diabetes and how they can advocate for their own health through modification of their lifestyle choices. He is the founder of OKB Hope foundation, an NGO that seeks to create awareness about hypertension and diabetes.

Benjamin Nyarko

Director of Administrative Services

Benjamin Nyarko graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering. Benjamin has worked as an Aircraft Maintenance Trainee at Africa World Airlines. He has a keen interest in Humanitarian duties and loves serving the youth in all manner of aids.

Mr. Kwame Adu Boampong

Director of Operations

Kwame Adu Boampong is a young Ghanaian base Development Educationist and Data Clerk. He holds a bachelor’s degree in development education from the University for Development Studies.  He served as a development educationist in the Department of Community Development, Wa Municipal (Upper West Region, Ghana) on the project “Community Child Protection Program”, Catholic Relief Service on the project “Savings and Internal Lending Community” also in the Upper West region in Ghana. He also had the opportunity to work as a Data Clerk and a Field Operation Assistant in the Department of Transportation, Ejisu Municipal Assembly in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

Dr. Richmond Badu

Research and Innovation Director

Dr. Richmond Badu is a dentist, who completed Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – School of Medicine and Dentistry.
He has interest in restorative dentistry and he is currently working at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi-Ghana.

Aside his passion for seeing teeth, he is also interested in impacting society through Medical and Evangelical Outreaches. He is a member of the Christlove Medical Missions and Breakfast with Christ NGOs

Mr. Justice Awulley Quaye

Director of Finance

Justice Awulley Quaye is a Physician Assistant who offers medical assistance to individuals in all forms of life. He recently completed a year internship training at Nsawam Government Hospital and currently works Full time at Fast Care Clinic. He has a bachelor’s degree in physician Assistantship from Central University, Ghana. Justice is also a pianist. Aside having an interest in the wellbeing of people, he also has a strong passion in music where he uses these skills to educate, entertain and also inspire people. Justice has participated in several communal activities that educate people about their wellbeing, providing information about their health status and gives necessary solution and remedies to their problems.

Dr. Kweku Duah

Dr. Kweku Duah is a Doctor of Optometry who has been practicing for more than seven years. In the past he worked with two district hospitals in Kumasi and is currently the head of the Eye Care Team in Nkawie-Toase Government Hospital which was adjudge the best hospital in the region in 2016 and currently the best managed hospital in Ghana health service.

Dr. Cynthia Amponsah

Dr. Cynthia Amponsah is a Medical Officer at the Mother and Baby Unit at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, in Ashanti Region. She trained at Ryazan State I.P.Pavlov Medical University in Ryazan-Russia. She completed her House job at Cape Coast Teaching Hospital and Kumasi South Government Hospital.

Dr. Alfred Kobi

Dr. Alfred Kobi is currently a medical officer at Koforidua Government Hospital. He graduated with his medical degree in Medicine and Surgery and bachelors degree in Human Biology at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Dr. Chris Kwaku Oppong

A product of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology School of Medical Sciences (KNUST-SMS) and a Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. Dr Chris is a Specialist Emergency Physician at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), emergency Medicine Directorate and an Adjunct Lecturer at the College of Health Science (KNUST). He is an instructor at The Ghana National Ambulance Training School and an Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Instructor. Dr. Chris has passion for Emergency medical services and disaster medicine and is currently actively involved in the training of 17 Emergency medicine residents and 11 Fellows at KATH which happens to be the only Emergency medicine residency program in the West African sub-region. Dr Chris is married and has a 3-year-old son. He also enjoys watching football, documentaries and doing research.

Marsha Sinanan-Vasishta MBA RN NEA-BC, CPXP

Marsha Sinanan-Vasishta is currently the interim vice president and chief nursing officer at Mount Sinai Morningside. Marsha is a highly skilled, relational nurse leader and change agent with over 14 years of leadership experience. She has an exceptional ability to collaborate with physicians, medical staff chairs/chiefs and clinical leaders within diverse clinical settings. She exprienced in ED, behavioral health, medical/surgical, critical care and orthopedics/spine. Her leadership style includes consistent and clear communication, excellence in healthcare hospitality, patient centered and culturally sensitive care.

Pam Silverstein

Pam Silverstein graduated with an MBA from Cornell in the 70’s and have been an entrepreneur since. She has created many companies such as Ironics which was renamed Pathlight and was later sold to public company. Pam have mentored both startups and established companies since 2020 with expertise in administration, finance, operations, and manufacturing. Pam is currently a Entrepreneur in Residence at Life Changing Lab at Cornell University.

Michael Wiafe-Akenteng
